Shipping

What is the status of my order

We will send you an automated status of your order via email and/or SMS. Please check your spam folder occasionally. You are always welcome to contact the support team (support@iktam.com) for a more updated status of your piece.

Whats is the Delivery time for an order?

The delivery time is 45 business days as our products are manufactured once the order is placed. If we have products in stock, the delivery time is shorter and would depend directly on the carrier.

Is Shipping Included?

Standard shipping is free for most places within the U.S., excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa.

What if i do not recive my order?

We work with the best carriers to ensure deliverability and white-glove service. We will also be in close contact with you throughout the process to make sure you are aware of timing.

Are Itkams only avilable in the U.S?

Yes. Currently, we only ship to the United States, but will be expanding to other countries soon.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Can i get refund if i do not like my Iktam?

Yes! We offer a 100% Love Your Iktam Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your IKTAM, you can return it within the first 15 days of arrival and get a full refund. For more information, please contact us at support@iktam.com, and let us know why you are not satisfied. We will work directly with you to facilitate the refund and return process.

What do i do if Iktam is wrong or arrives damaged?

We always make sure that your Iktam is in perfect condition and well-packaged before shipping. In the rare event that you receive a wrong or damaged Iktam, please contact us at support@iktam.com and specify the problem. We will work directly with you to facilitate the exchange process.

Can i make changes to an order i have already placed?

If you want to request a change to your order, please contact the support team at support@iktam.com as soon as possible. We will determine whether the change is possible. Changes are dependent upon the specifics of the request and the status of the production process.

Handling, Care & Maintenance

Can i keep my Iktam outside?

Most of our Iktams are made for indoor and outdoor environments. Make sure to check the product information for more specific details.

What kind of maintenance do Iktam´s require?

Each Iktam requires little maintenance. However, there are certain recommendations that would lengthen the life of your art sculpture. For more information regarding the cleaning and maintenance of your Iktam, please download the Handling Manual here.

Do i need special tools to install my Iktam?

Besides basic tools, everything you need is included in the box with your purchase.

Do i need to hire a specialist for the installation?

Some people prefer to, but it is not necessary. The hanging system was designed to make the installation simple, fast and effortless. Note that it’s very important to carry out the installation by at least two people.

How the taxes are calculated?

If any, sales taxes are calculated based on your address.

Are there other taxes or fees applied to the purchase?

No, there are no additional taxes or fees attached to the purchase of your IKTAM.

Is the price reasonable?

Absolutely! Each piece is made from top-quality materials and goes through several production processes to achieve excellent value and detail. Every Iktam requires a unique level of artisanship and skill. We are confident we are giving you the best value, by far!

Does the piece come with an aunthenticity certificate?

Yes! All Iktams include a stainless-steel personalized certificate.

How do i know if my Iktam fits in the intended space?

Dimensions are specified for each Iktam. We recommend measuring the space and then comparing the measurements to the Iktam’s dimensions provided. We also have an augmented reality visualization feature on our we to help you picture the piece in your space.
